- Description
- The Government intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Thales-Raytheon Systems Company LLC to provide help desk services for Remote Work Stations (RWS) that are compatible with all the Air Force AN/FYQ-156 Battle Control system-Fixed (BCS-F) work stations, configuration and software model. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. A determination not to compete this requirement is based on market research and is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, business size standard is $25,000,000.00. This notice IS NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all offers received not later than 8 September 2011, 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in offer preparation. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: If documents are sent via email, the contractor will be responsible for validating Government receipt by calling the Contract Specialist, Brussell C. Bungay, at 240-857-2157 or the secondary point of contact Stephanie Snyder at 240-857-4711. No solicitation is available and telephone request for information will not be taken.
