- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Catholic Program Coordinator. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Catholic Program Coordinator at Fairchild AFB, WA and is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-11-Q-A161 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 (Effective 04 Aug 2011). This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside acquisition under NAICS code 813110. CLIN 0001: Catholic Program Coordinator services at Fairchild AFB, WA for 12 months in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: 1 October 2011 - 30 September 2012
