- Return Document Drawing 5 - X Section Drawing 4 - Proposed Plan Drawing 3 - Exixting Plan Drawing 2 - Map Drawing 1 - Cover Sheet Solicitation Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The U.S. Forest Service, Rogue River-Siskiyou NF, has a requirement to acquire services for the purpose of crushing and stockpiling aggregate (includes development of rock quarry). This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation and operating supplies, required to complete the project. The project area is located in Curry County on the Gold Beach Ranger District of the RogueRiver -Siskiyou National Forest. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on attached RFQ Number AG-04N7-S-11-0052. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53. Note: Additional work details are outlined in the attached RFQ documents. Provision and Clauses: See attached RFQ document The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract rsulting from this solicitation to the responsible Contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other non-price factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Past Performance and Price. The non-price evaluation factor is approximately equal in importance to price. The anticipated performance time is date of contract award through October 31,2012. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 115310. The size standard is 7.0 million. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system. The ORCA site is http://www.bpn.gov - click on the Online Reps and Certs Application. Quote Due Date: Quotes shall be received by, September 16, 2011 at 4:30 pm ( PST).
