- Description
- The Government proposes to procure a four year (base and three one year options) for Depot Repair Services for Apache AH-64A and AH-64D Radar Frequency Interferometer (RFI) Depot Level Repairable (DLR) components. Repair and return to service all failed RFI DLRs, long-life reusable containers, and Depot Maintenance Plant Equipment (DMPE) returned for repair. Provide obsolescence/diminishing manufacturing sources risk management. The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors (LMS2), Owego, NY, CAGE 03640, under the authority and justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. There is no technical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contract Specialist, CCAM-AP-B, email cathy.f.allison@us.army.mil, contract specialist, or Daniel.j.fuller@us.army.mil, contracting officer, fax (256) 313-4144. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
