- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division intends seek competitive bids for a firm fixed price purchase order. The purchase order is for the acquisition of filling Navy owned dewers with liquid nitrogen. Each dewer holds 180 liters of liquid nitrogen. The contractor must have the capability to pick up the Naval Surface Warfare Center-Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) owned Dewar ™s from NSWC PCD, fill them up with liquid nitrogen and deliver them back to NSWC PCD on a weekly basis. The SBA size standard is 1000 employees. Delivery will be made to the Naval Support Activity, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. The period of performance for this award will be from approx Aug 22, 2011 through Aug 21, 2012. There may be up to 92 Dewers filled in a one year time frame.
