- Small Business Set-Aside Lowest Price technically acceptable. All components to be supplied with this set that shall be industrial quality. All components shall be warranted at a level not less than Manufacturer's stated commercial warranty. Individual items will be placed on the Tool Replacement and Warranty Website. Each Kit will include: 1 Cleaner set, broach type, jumbo broach type cleaners for drill sizes 53, 55, 56, 57, 59, 61, 64, 67, 70, 73, 75, at a minimum. 1 Coupling, hose 9/16-18 NF-3 threads, LH male, with female tapered seat on both ends. B to B size male connections, LH thread, for CGA 023 acetylene gas fitting. 1 Hose, duplex, welding inch diameter, Rubber, cotton braid reinforced, 25 feet long, Grade "RM", fitted for oxygen and acetylene use with CGA 022 and CGA 023 fittings in accordance with CGA E-1, Shall conform to CGA/RMA IP-7 standard for rubber welding hose. Hose lines shall be colored coded red for fuel gas and green for oxygen. 1 pkg Flints, renewal or replacement Package of flints for the sparking igniter that lights the fuel torch. Five or more flints to a shrink wrapped package or metal box. Fitted with 6/40 threads. 2 pair Gloves, leather, welder's Leather welding gloves, lined with knitted cotton and wool material, cream, any color, gauntlet cuffs, size large, in accordance with guidance from the International Safety Equipment Association standard for selecting protective hand wear, ANSI/ISEA - 105. 2 pair Goggles, safety designed for eye protection while doing light work and grinding. Wrap around full contact style, designed to be worn over standard prescription glasses. Single plastic lens in accordance with ANSI Z87.1 requirements, with elastic band to hold them onto the head. 2 Igniter, friction Wire frame style flint igniter, with round striking file, hooded, single flint holder. Uses the flints mentioned above. 1 Nipple, hose B size to B size male connections, RH thread, for CGA 022 fitting, for oxygen gas. 1 Set Torch Outfit, Oxyacetylene Welding and Cutting In accordance with A-A-55826, Type I. Reverse flow check valves are required to be an integral part of the inlet connectors on the end of the torch handle. 1 Valve, reverse flow, check, oxygen line In accordance with CGA E-2. Check valves are required to be supplied as a component of the torch handle in the outfit above. This is not a requirement for additional check valves. The valve supplied with the torch handle will fill this requirement. 1 Valve, reverse flow, check, acetylene line In accordance with CGA E-2. Check valves are required to be supplied as a component of the torch handle in the outfit above. This is not a requirement for additional check valves. The valve supplied with the torch handle will fill this requirement. 1 Regulator, oxygen In accordance with CGA E-4, 2 stage, inlet pressure gage 0 to 3000 psig, delivery range 5 to 125 psig or wider. Wider range must encompass the stated range. 1 Regulator, acetylene In accordance with CGA E-4, 1 stage, inlet and delivery pressure gage, delivery range 2 to 15 psig. 1 Cart, Cylinder, 2 wheeled welding cylinder cart for two cylinders in accordance with KKKT- 683E, Type V, with continuous steel frame handle, 700 lbs weight capacity, with tool box attached to frame as specified, and security chains for securing cylinders onto the cart as specified. The wheels shall be solid rubber and shall be 12 inch diameter by 3 inches wide or larger. 2 GOGGLES, WELDING Goggles shall be mounted onto an adjustable size head band that includes an adjustable lock for proper and secure positioning and that can be used over corrective lens eyeglasses. Goggles shall include a shade 5 lens. ASSE ANSI-Z87.1. Synopsis will close August 18, 2011 and Solicitation will be posted from August 19, 2011 - September 2, 2011.
