This will be a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract which necessitates the inclusion of a stated minimum and maximum (dollar value) to be acquired under the contract. The following applies: MINIMUM: $500.00 per year MAXIMUM $500,000.00 for base period plus 4 option years 2.
