Description
SF1442 & CLAUSES The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Ray Brook, New York, issues this solicitation RFQP02121100006, for the requirements of: Copier, Duplicating Equipment Lease to own. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will be scheduled after award. Delivery will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Ray Brook, New York 12977. The contract will be a lease/rent to own with a 5 year agreement. A maintenance agreement must be submitted as a separate line item for each year included and will include supplies / servicing. The Government reserves the right to award or not award a maintenance agreement based on pricing. Please note this is a lease/rent to own, but the Government reserves the right to continue a service/maintenance agreement with the providing vendor after the purchasing of all the equipment. All equipment must be energy star certified. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT UPON AWARD TO MAKE FORMAL SINGLE OR MULTIPLE AWARDS. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 10, 2011, and will be posted to the GSA Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up to date information concerning this solicitation. The date for receipt of quotes is August 19, 2011 at 3:00pm Eastern time. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Worked for the U.S. overseas in a Federal or military capacity; or 3. been a dependent of a Federal or military employee serving overseas. Department of Justice (DOJ) Order 2560.2E Prohibits the use of non-U.S. Citizens in the performance of this contract or commitment for any position that involves access to or development of any DOJ Information Technology Systems. By signing this contract or by beginning performance, the contractor agrees to this restriction.
