- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-11-Q-QU36 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 Effective 04 August 2011. This RFQ, N00104-11-Q-QTU36, is for K-Sun label Printers and Cartridges. The Ship to address is Chesapeake VA 23320. This RFQ is issued on a Brand Name Only (Please see attached brand Name Justification). The North American Industrial Classification System number is 334119 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000. Award will be Firm-Fixed Price FOB destination. Product delivery shall be within 30 days ARO. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The hardware must be in new, unused condition and the packaging seal unbroken. Quotes will only be considered from responsible vendors. Please provide CAGE and DUNS numbers with quote. See attachments for the requirement. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: Quote submissions are due by 12:00 PM Eastern, 17 Aug 2011, and shall be valid for 30 days.
