- The Federal Medical Center, Rochester, MN intends to issue a solicitation for Milk and Dairy products. Award date is approximately 10/01/2011. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is 08/10/11, with offers due by 08/24/11, 17:00 CST. The solicitation will be available solely through the General Services's Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www. fedbizopps.gov./.
