- Performance Work Statement for Juniper Circuit-To-Packet Training Combined Synoposis/Solicitation for a requirement for Juniper Circuit-To-Packet Training The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, and transportation to conduct on-site Juniper training. Contractor is required to provide on-site Juniper Circuit-To-Packet (CTP) training at RAF Croughton, UK for up to 12 students. Contractor must utilize a Juniper approved CTP curriculum for all training provided.
