- NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: The Air Force intends to make an award on a competitive basis for the following service: Towel/Coverall Cleaning Service at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB). The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, transportation and parts necessary to provide rental pickup, cleaning and weekly delivery, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A single firm-fixed-price (FFP) award is contemplated. The contract period of performance shall consist of a 12 month basic period and four one-year option periods as follows: Basic Period- 01 Oct 11- 30 Sep 12 Option 1- 01 Oct 12 to 30 Sep 13 Option 2- 01 Oct 13 to 30 Sep 14 Option 3- 01 Oct 14 to 30 Sep 15 Option 4- 01 Oct 15 to 30 Sep 16 The estimated award date is 15 Sep 2011. Central Contractor Registration required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors may register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. Electronic procedures shall be used for his solicitation.
