- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Rolls-Royce Naval Marine, Inc., 110 Norfolk Street, Walpole, MA 02081, per FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for one each of the following parts/tools for the Rolls-Royce MT30 Gas Turbine Engine:(1)IGV Setting Tools Kit/P/N U-1-2-52,(2)Turbine Turning Tool Kit/P/N U-1-2-53,(3)IPC Turning Tool/P/N LOT105018. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
