- STATEMENT OF WORK AND PRICE LIST The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCA plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a Hazardous Material clean-up and Environmental Services to support the Moody AFB. The BPA will be for a period not to exceed Five (5) years. Please see below Statement of Work for details on the services requested. Wage Determination GA100280 dated 26 August 2011 GA280 applies to this requirement.
