- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issuea sole source award to Savvee Consulting by the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(C)and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for subject matterexpertise for the Net Centric Web Portal to be installed on an aircraft. Thisaction will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13. The resulting contract will befirm fixed priced. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541519. Thissynopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request forcompetitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to besubmitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by theGovernment not to compete this proposed action based on responses to thisnotice is solely at the discretion of the Government
