- The Department of the Army, Mission Installation Contracting Center (MICC), Fort Jackson, SC has Commercial items for various Construction requirements. The Government intends to issue Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to three 8(a) vendors. The BPAs will have a performance period of up to 5 years and the anticipated value of each BPA is not to exceed $4 Million throughout 5 years. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990 and the Small Business Size Standard is $ 33.5 Million in average annual receipts. This acquisition is a Section 8(a) Set-Aside. It is anticipated that the BPA will be issued on or about August 17, 2011. If multiple awards are made; as anticipated, each requirement will be rotated among the successful BPA holders.
