- A Site Visit will be conducted on August 17, 2011 from 10:00 until 12:00 noon. The location for the Site Visit is the Wallops Island Flight Facility, in the Visitor's Center. This will be the ONLY opportunity contractors will have to see the site. All contractors are required to provide the attendee's full name(s) and the name of their company in writing to Ashley Reynolds, Ashley.R.Reynolds@usace.army.mil no later than Monday, August 15th BY 10:00 am. The bid due date remains Thursday, September 1st at 2:00 pm at the Norfolk District Army Corps of Engineers, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Virginia 23510.
