- CARE AND CERTIFICATION - PL 101-647 Solicitation document #11-242-SOL-00033 Uniform Contract file: Section B through M The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service, Division of Clinical Quality, Behavioral Health Program, have a requirement for Neuropsychological Assessment Screening for its children and adolescent patients. Native American children and youth within the Albuquerque Area IHS appear to suffer form disproportionately high rates of head injuries and other brain traumas and without accurate assessments the treatment of these patients remain unclear. From this solicitation, it is anticipated the Government will award a single requirements contract for a firm fixed price for a base year and four option renewals. Option year renewals will be on the basis of the Government's existing needs, availability of funds and evaluation of contractor performance.
