- This solicitation SPM4A7-11-R-2270; PR# 0042435203; NSN: 1560-01-214-4286 P/N RK0317-A. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Kit, Repair, Sixty Six Percent Spar. Specifications, Plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will be solicited unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open competition basis for award of a Definite Quantity contract. Quantity is for 5 each. Item is Critical and Configuration control applies. Item is not commercial. This is an Air Force Designated Critical Safety Item (CSI). The approved source of supply is: Northrop Grumman CAGE 0JRC1. The required delivery schedule is 355 DARO. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 29 August 2011.
