Description
Solicitation Subcontractor shall provide annual preventative maintenance on the following scopes: Building 695 Boilers B1 and B2 Perform checkout and calibration adjustments. •1. Check all burner linkages •2. Check low water cutoff operation •3. Check all phases of the operation of the control circuit for proper operation •4. Check operation of burner manual shutoff valves •5. Check burner flame safeguard for proper operation •6. Clean and inspect pilot assembly •7. Check air dampers for smooth operation •8. Test boiler safety valves •9. Adjust the combustion fuel / air ratio as necessary on each of the hot water boilers •10. Ensure emissions are compliant to city, state and federal regulations •11. Troubleshoot and correct any operational discrepancies found •12. Provide a written report of initial and final adjustments and any additional work performed Post Maintenance Testing (PMT) - Perform in service testing of boiler. Verify emissions are compliant to state and federal regulations PUB Boilers 201 and 202 Subcontractor to perform the following in accordance with (IAW) state and federal regulations. Perform checkout and calibration adjustments of how water boilers. •1. Adjust the combustion fuel / air ratio as necessary on each of the hot water boilers •2. Ensure emissions are compliant to city, state and federal regulations •3. Troubleshoot and correct any operational discrepancies found •4. Provide a written report of initial and final adjustments and any additional work performed Post Maintenance Testing (PMT) - Perform in service testing of boiler. Verify emissions are compliant to state and federal regulations Subcontractor(s) will participate in the pre-job briefings to ensure that good communications are established with ANCDF Subcontracts, Engineering and Maintenance departments before any work begins. Extreme caution shall be taken to ensure that unplanned outages will not occur. Subcontractor shall provide (1) copy of calibration records for any calibration equipment that is used. Subcontractor shall provide the MSDS sheet for any chemical products brought onsite. Subcontractor shall provide any special tools, test equipment and / or material.
