- Resubmitting text field as follows: The Fleet Logistics Support Center, Jacksonville (FLCJAX) Contracting Department anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the acquisition of Industrial Product Planning Support Services using procedure under FAR Subpart 13.5 “ Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS is 541330 (Engineering Services, Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons), with a size standard of $27m. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This acquisition will support the FRCSE Industrial Product Planning Division with various aircraft, engine, manufacturing and component overhaul and rework programs. The major functional support categories required are: Project management support; Industrial Specialist support; Engineering support (mechanical, industrial, electronic, electrical, chemical); Engineering technical support; and Engineering material technical support. The solicitation is anticipated to be for a Firm-Fixed Price, Requirements type contract. The period of performance will be a Base and one (1)/One (1)-Year Option. The Base Year performance period is anticipated to commence on or about 01 October 2011.
