- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole sourced to Thermo Eberline LLC, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). This acquisition is for a one year Critical Field Service Plan for the TLD Harshaw DXT-RAD Ring Thermoluminescence 6600 Dosimetry System. Period of performance is 12 months after contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 apply to this order. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. Requests shall be made in writing and sent to Nicholas Kirby, nicholas.kirby@us.army.mil, 256-842-7404.
