- Description
- This is a Sources Sought announcement. The 55 Contracting Squadron intends to procure Global Navigation System Satellite (GNSS) Simulator to be located at Kirkland AFB, NM 87117-5537. The Key features and system requirements are: • Simulator Mainframe GNSS Signal Generator Chassis Simulator Operating Software 1 Radio Frequency (RF) Output with: 16 Channels of GPS L1 Frequency (1575.42 MHz) 16 Channels of GPS L2 Frequency (1227.60 MHz) 16 channels of GLONASS L1 Frequency Graphical User Interface (GUI) • Simulation software and hardware (classified elements) to test Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) Equipment to include: Simulation Software Auxiliary Output Chips (AOC) - 32 Auxiliary Output Chips (AOC) housing modules Fill Port Fill Port Drive Software Removable hard drives - 8 Removable hard drive chassis The designated NAICS Code is 315299 and a Size Standard of 500 Employees. Your response shall include the following information: • Size of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), • Revenue for last three years. • Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last five years and your company's capability to do this type of work. • Teaming Arrangements to include relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last five years. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. The information should be sent to 55 CONS preferably via e-mail to owen.hurley@offutt.af.mil POC by 1300 Central Standard Time on 24th August, 2011.
