- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on behalf of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dam intends to procure on a non-competitive basis repair of four Rockwell Collins CS-5111 microwave receivers from Rockwell Collins, Inc., 3200 E. Renner Rd, Richardson, TX 75802-2402. Rockwell Collins is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and proprietary owner of all associated technology, drawings, schematics and software required to repair the receivers. A Firm Fixed Priced purchase order will be issued. FOB Destination of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dam Neck, Virginia Beach, VA 23461 will apply. The North American Industry Classification System code is 811211 with a size standard of $7M. Rockwell Collins is a large business under FSC 811211. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities or submit proposals to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Attn: Code CXS11 Contract Branch, Attn: Linda Wilkes Bldg 183 Rm 102B 17632 Dahlgren Road, Suite 157 Dahlgren, VA 22448-5110. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The closing date is August 17, 2011. It is anticipated that award will be August 24, 2011. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD Web Site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments.
