- THIS PURCHASE REQUEST WAS PREVIOUSLY SOLICITED AS SPRTA1-11-Q-0075FOR A MINIMUM QUANTITY OF 1 EACH AND A MAXIMUM QUANTITY OF 6 EACH. ITWAS ISSUED ON 2 NOV 2010 AND CLOSED ON DEC 2010 (NO RESPONSE TOSOLICITATION). THIS ACQUISITION WAS NOT PREVIOUSLY SYNOPSIZED BASED ONFAR 5.202(a)(13) which provides for an exception to the notice requiredby FAR 5.201. FAR 5.202(a)(13)(i) reads: The proposed contract actionis for an amount not expected to exceed the simplified acquisitionthreshold. Estimated value of acquisition was $15,745.44.Due to unforeseen events, this Purchase Request was transferred toanother Agency, the required quantity was changed to a fixed quantity of13 each and the acquisition will be resolicited as FA8118-11-Q-0013.
