- Solicitation Number: W91YTZ-11-P-0550 PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT Synopsis: Health Care Acquisition Activity - North intends to award a sole source contract Under the authority of FAR 19.1406(a)(1)to(4) to Alliant Enterprises, LLC, 8850 M 89 STE A, Richland, MI 49083-8558, for the purchase of the following Stryker Stretcher Chairs. 6 each Thermoformed ABS base with integrated storage tray and oxygen bottle holder, +/-18 degree Trendelenburg (hands free). Dual side-mounted foot control hydraulics, 5.75" high density polyurethane casters, 4-wheel ring brake system with dual side activators 24" wide patient surface. Mattress 2" with lumbar support & seat tilt, Fiberesin pneumatic fowler. Locking caster steering, Swing-down side rails w/comfort armrest. Variable control descent; Twin pedestal hydraulics; 4IV receptacles; Independent Leg/Adjustable Foot; Color coded Perimeter bumper system. Swing Down (spindle); Multi-Position Push Bar; 1 year parts, labor & travel; 6 each Tethered IV poles, and 6 each 3" x 24" Ultra Comfort Mattress sets. The CO has determined that Alliant Enterprises, LLC is a responsible SDVOSB concern and is the only concern capable of providing this equipment. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
