- Solicitation # FA3010-11-R-0018 Class Code: R497 NAICS Code: 621111 Description: Internal Medicine Physician (1 FTE) Keesler AFB intends to issue a solicitation for a Personal service of one (1) Internal Medicine Physician. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation and all else necessary to provide the service. The place of performance is the 81st Medical Group, Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. The period of performance for the base period is 1 Oct 2011 - 30 Sep 2012 with options to extend an additional 30 months. This competitive acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 621111 and the small business size is $10.0 Million. The requirement is issued as a commercial service using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. Contractors eligible for award must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award with any DOD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov. After award, all invoices shall be electronically submitted via Wide Area Work Flow. Registration and invoicing may be accomplished at https://wawf.eb.mil/. The solicitation will be available to download via http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 23 Aug 2011. The solicitation may be posted earlier or later. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor the website for solicitation release, postings, changes and amendments and closing date. No paper copies will be available and no electronic or verbal responses will be accepted.
