- PRS Past Performance Questionnaire Deliverables Schedule HQ0034-11-R-0091 - Solicitation Estimated Workload Data This requirement includes a wide variety of analysis and documentation of financial management systems and processes and technical instructional support. The vendor shall have a clear and in-depth understanding of DoD organizational structures and processes; operating environments and business practices; as well as sound Instructional System Design principles. Services include design and development of web-based curriculum in modules of instruction to support accounting, finance, auditing, budgeting (planning, program, budget and execution), cost analysis, fiscal law, audit readiness, analysis/decision support, acquisition, and ethics. The contractor shall accomplish design and development of modules of instruction. (See PWS for full description.)
