- SCOPE OF WORK Project 564-11-166 Building 8 Driveway Repair This project consists of the removal and replacement of the concrete driveway on the south and west sides of building 8 "Warehouse/Garage". New concrete will be 8" thick and doweled on all construction joints. The 36" base will be compacted to 95% modified proctor density prior to the placing the concrete. This project will consist of multiple phases so as to minimize disruption of loading dock usage. This project is located on Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks at 1100 North College Avenue in Fayetteville, Arkansas. ALL RFI'S WILL BE REQUIRED BY EMAIL ONLY TO: SONYA.TRENTHAM@VA.GOV NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS DAY-SEPTEMBER 9, 2011 SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTING ON OR ABOUT: AUGUST 19, 2011
