- Project is to demolish and remove existing 100% outdoor air handling unit that serves building 4, administrative offices, at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72703 and install a new variable air volume, chilled water air handling unit to replace it. All existing controls are to be demolished and replaced with direct digital controls (DDC). Provide a temporary unit for heated and cooled ventilation air for duration of project. ALL RFI'S WILL BE REQUIRED BY EMAIL ONLY TO: SONYA.TRENTHAM@VA.GOV NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS DAY---SEPTEMBER 9, 2011 SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTING ON OR ABOUT: AUGUST 19, 2011
