Attachment 2 - Wroker's Comp Verification form, revised (pdf) Attachment 2 - Wroker's Comp Verification form, revised (doc) Solicitation, Revised per Amendment 02 (pdf) Solicitation, Revised per Amendment 02 (doc) SF-30 Solicitation Amendment 02 (pdf) SF-30 Solicitation Amendment 02 (doc) Idaho Montana Acquisition Team (IMAT) Idaho Panhandle National Forests North Zone - Bonners Ferry, Sandpoint and Priest Lake Ranger Districts Precommercial Thinning and Pruning AG-02RC-S-11-0099 with Amendment 01 dated 08/02/2011 and Amendment 02 dated 08/10/2011 The Forest Service is in need of precommercial tree thinning, white pine pruning, and stand improvement activities to reduce the tree density and, by the deliberate selection of leave trees, improve the overall health and condition of the stand based on the prescribed objectives. Tree selection and cutting of undesirable or excess trees will provide space for the leave trees to grow and develop, reduce the incidence of insect and diseases that affect growth, and undesirable tree qualities. Additional objectives specific to this project are: branch pruning specifically designed to reduce the spread of white pine blister rust to the bole of the white pine trees selected to be maintained in the stand. One or more firm-fixed price, Requirements, Option Year contract(s) are contemplated by this solicitation. This is a Total HubZone Set Aside. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Contractors are encourage to visit the units on their own but not later than August 11, 2011. The Technical POC is available to answer questions regarding site accessibility and directions. If questions arise due to the site visit or due to review of the solicitation; address those to the Contracting Officer/Primary POC as soon as possible but preferably not later than August 11, 2011 to allow time to amend the solicitation, if necessary.
