- Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington intends to procure rental, laundry service and delivery of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) uniforms to General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, located at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. The RFQ W91YU0-11-T-0249 will be posted to FEDBizOpps website at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 10 August 2011. Base period for the period of performance is 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012, with four subsequent option years, if exercised. The solicitation will be evaluated using a Best Value lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) process. Evaluation factors include, technical, past performance and price. This RFQ is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NAICS code for this requirement is 812331 with a business size of $300M.
