- Supply crane rigging, shackles and slings. The shackles and rigging shall be Crosby or equal, please see clause 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal for more information. To be equal the product must be made in America, meet ASME B30.26, have RFID tags if rated greater than 25T, have Working Load Limit permanently shown, forged-quenched and tempered with alloy pins, hot dipped galvanized or self colored, fatigue rated (1/3T - 55T), and submit material certifications. Delivery is FOB Destination to Corps of Engineers, 257 Grant St. Peoria, IL 61603. The base shall be delivered in 21 days from contract award. Options 1, 2, & 3 must be delivered in 21 days from time of the exercised option.
