- Questions and Answers for Solicitation VA-261-11-RP-0708-Janitorial Services @VOC Honolulu, HI Question #1: Will there be a scheduled site visit? Individual site visit? Who do we contact? Answer #1: The POCs are William Hanley or Stephen Molnar. They can be reached at 1-808-973-8387 for an individual site visit. Question #2: There are no references to square footage of the facilities. Can the Government provide square footage details for each room, or at a minimum, square footage for the building(s)? Answer #2: The entire Vet Center is approximately 3226 GSF. There is approximately 2100 GSF of facility space that requires cleaning. Question #3: PWS Paragraph A.5: Does the room provided by the Government have LAN connectivity for setting up computers? Is office furniture (desk and chairs) provided? How large is the room? Answer #3: Contractor will have no access to internet/LAN connectivity and no need for desk/chair space. Question #4: PWS Paragraph A.5: Is there storage space available for miscellaneous supplies, etc.? Answer #4: There is shelving for additional contractor supplies. Question #5: Are there any floor plans available for offerors to use? Answer #5: Yes see following page. Additional information provided by customer. The customer states that historically the average labor hours per week is six (6) hours for two individuals and occasionally less in a week with a Federal Holiday. Quarterly requirements (4-6 hours) and annual requirements (6-8 hours) are not included in that average. //END OF QUESTIONS//
