Description
Solicitation: NEARFP11-24 Develop and Pilot a Survey of “How Audiences are Affected by the Arts” This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attachment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Endowment for the Arts invites contractors to submit a proposal for services described in the attached statement of work. Enclosed you will find a Statement of Work that will address d evelop and pilot a survey of "how audiences are affected by the arts": measuring audience responses to NEA-funded projects. Please submit your technical and price proposal by TUESDAY, AUGUST 30, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. (EST). This RFP in no way obligates the U.S. Government to award a contract, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay any cost incurred in preparing and submitting your proposal. Prospective Offerors are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or online at http://www.ccr.gov. The precise period of performance will be determined at the time of award and shall be completed by September 30, 2012. Proposals that are faxed will not be accepted. Proposals must be received by the closing date and time stated above via email to CONTRACTS@ARTS.GOV. Please refer any questions concerning this request to Latonca M. Harris via email at CONTRACTS@ARTS.GOV. Clearly, specifically, and concisely provide the company name, address, contact person, and telephone number. All Proposals shall reference: NEARFP11-24 Develop and Pilot a Survey of "How Audiences are Affected by the Arts": Measuring Audience Responses to NEA-Funded Projects. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-53.
