Delivery: 27 DEC 2011 On or Before, 2.00 Currently qualified sources:CAGE 81755, Lockheed, part 112850-101CAGE 82152, L-3 Communications, part 112850-101 Duration of Contract Period: TBD Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation whichshall be considered by the agency. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interestedparties may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement describedare incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by theGovernment. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or themanufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award inaccordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. It has been determined tobe uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It isuneconomical to reverse engineer the part.
