- NASA/GSFC has a requirement: For a HydraHarp TDC Channel.NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the item from PicoQuant Photonics North America, Inc. Itis our understanding that PicoQuant Photonics North America, Inc is the only vendor thatprovide us with a HydraHarp TDC Channel for the existing HydraHarp 400 mainframe. DO Rating is DO-C9. This synopsis shall not be construed as a commitment by theGovernment, nor will the Government pay for the information solicited.Questions regarding this acquisition must be directed to the attention of Kimber Russellvia e-mail at Kimber.R.Russell@nasa.gov or via facsimile at (301) 286-9159 by 1:00pm EST,August 19, 2011.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 1:00pm EST on August19, 2011. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose ofdetermining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. It is thequoters responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments. Potentialquoters will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice.A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the Government.Oral communications ARE NOT acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.An ombudsman has been appointed.
