- Description
- Project consists of constructing a 4-6' wide concrete sidewalk to connect the existing toilets and picnic areas located on site, as well as placing aggregate on road and parking areas. Work includes but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, minor earthwork, concrete construction, roadway aggregate placement and compaction. All work shall be performed in accordance with standard industry practices for this type of work and with drawings & specifications contained in the solicitation. Project is located in the Picture Canyon Picnic Area in the Comanche National Grasslands. No site visit is scheduled Price range: $25,000 to $55,000 Proposals will include a base bid and two additive items. Set aside: Small Business Period of Performance: Contractor shall complete all work within forty-five (45) days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Offerors must be registered in CCR in accordance with FAR 52.204-7. Offerors must be registered in ORCA in accordance with FAR 52.204-8. Offerors who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. All solicitation documents will be posted to this website approximately Aug 17, 2011. Proposals will be due approximately Sep 7, 2011, 1200 noon MST; actual date will be listed in solicitation.
