- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Fac 2005-53, Effective 04 Aug 2011 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARs), current to DPN 20110725 (Effective 25 July 2011) Edition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses which can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W9124R11T1054. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Quotes are being solicited on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Arizona vendors are to include Arizona Privilege Tax. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting quotes for Cessna Caravan C208B Super CargoMaster Avionics Upgrade, Cabin Refurbishment and Generator Capacity Upgrade. See attached Performance Work Statements for additional information. Offerors must provide the Unit Price, Total Price, and Total Extended Price for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). No partial bids will be accepted. Please annotate on your quote whether you would prefer VISA or WAWF payment. Offerors shall account for any costs associated with accepting credit card payment. Please include any costs associated with reporting all contractor manpower required for the performance of this contract through the Contractor Manpower Reporting Application website at https://cmra.army.mil. Please state No Charge or No Cost if there will not be any costs associated for reporting. This RFQ closes on Monday 12 September at 12:00 Noon Mountain Standard Time (MST). Responses to the RFQ shall be submitted by the closing date indicated in the CSS. Reference RFQ W9124R11T1054 on all inquiries. All responding vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of contract.
