- Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ/ITC), Washington, DC 20536 intends to issue sole source awards to JSI Telecom for the purchase of various hardware and proprietary software under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), follow-on for the production of highly specialized equipment. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide this hardware and software. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by the above "Response Date" then a sole source award will be issued to JSI Telecom. The anticipated award date is August 19, 2011.
