- Description: PITOT-STATIC TUBE Lockheed Martin (CAGE 81755) drawing 16VH019 P/N 16VH019-1 APPROVED SOURCE ROSEMOUNT AEROSPACE (CAGE 59885) P/N 855EG This is a Critical Application Item with configuration control. This is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 53 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 12. The NSN is 6610-01-042-0917, PR's 0041138634 (was 11TC735), 0041691518 (was 11TK207) and 0042560052 (was 11TP280). Delivery requirement is 200 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
