Not all buildings will be removed and the subcontractor will be required to ensure no damage is inflicted to those buildings that remain. A mandatory pre-bid/job walkdown is scheduled for September 12, 2011. Notifications to attend must be received by noon CST on September 6, 2011. Instructions for submitting notifications are located in Section L.15. Subcontractors will be required to adhere to Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act for performance of this work. All questions relating to this solicitation will be submitted in writing in accordance with the solicitation. Any attempt to contact the administrator by telephone will not be acknowledged or addressed. Any correspondence received that does not contain direct and specific questions relating to this solicitation will not be acknowledged or addressed.
