Market research has indicated that there is not a compatible product that can fulfill our need for email filing software that functions seamlessly with our Open Text Document and Records Management enterprise licenses. The OCC must use this stategy to support the existing infrastructure scheme. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. A solicitation will not be issued.
