- RFQ 0089 Bid Schedule This acquisition action is issued unrestricted. The Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement for Web Methods Integration Server and Broker software maintenance service. No hardware is solicited. Period of performance is for a period of September 1, 2011 through August 31, 2012. Place of performance is Battle Creek, Michigan. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are at destination Battle Creek, Michigan. The single evaluation criterion for award is lowest priced, technically acceptable. Please submit a copy of your commercial warranty for services concurrently with your quotation. Your commercial warranty will be made a part on any resulting award. Per 31 U.S.C. 3324 monthly billing in arrears is required. Prospective offerors are reminded to make certain your information in the Central Contractor registration (CCR) website is in a current status. Offerors are encouraged to use either: (1) the attached, unprotected, Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet when submitting their quote or (2), the line item structure as set forth in the attached EXCEL spreadsheet when submitting their quotation. Receipt of your quotation is due no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time, August 12, 2011. Submit your quotation via e-mail or facsimile. Send e-mail quotations to David.Straughn@dla.mil. Be sure to place the words "SP4707-11-Q-0089" in the SUBJECT line of your e-mail transmission. Send facsimile submittals to (269)961-4426, Attn: RFQ # SP4707-11-Q-0089. Prospective offerors are reminded to monitor FEDBIZOPS for any future amendments and subsequent award information. This requirement was previously solicited under RFQ #SP4707-11-Q-0069. No telephone calls accepted at any time.
