- SET ASIDE IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform custodial services at Facility KS085 (Leavenworth USARC, 2012 Metropolitan Avenue, Leavenworth, Kansas 66027); in accordance with the statement of work, task and frequency charts, and the term and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Statement of Work. The period of performance is 01 October 2011 (or subsequent date) through 30 September 2012 with four (4) one year options. A site visit is scheduled for **TUESDAY, 23 AUGUST 2011 AT 10:00AM (Local Time)**. Interested attendees are asked to meet at Facility KS085 (Leavenworth USARC, 2012 Metropolitan Avenue, Leavenworth, Kansas 66027).
