- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at: http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at: https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternate in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure DoD Information Assurance Certification & Accreditation Process (DIACAP) accreditation support for 24 Information Technology (IT) Systems, with options to procure up to a total of 120 packages as indicated in the attached statement of work. Please see the attached statement of work for additional specific delivery date requirements. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512 and has a size standard of $25M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Solicitation number N00178-11-Q-3906 is hereby issued as a request for proposal. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from any solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. To register, visit http://www.ccr.gov. Proposals shall be submitted by via email to: Danielle.Allen2@navy.mil. Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 and its Alt 1 and DFARS 252.212-7000 with quotations unless the vendor is registered in ORCA (http://orca.bpn.gov). If registered, please state this on your quotation and affirm your Representations and Certifications are up to date. All quotations must be received no later than 29 August 2011, to the attention of Danielle M.
