- The U.S. Coast Guard, Base Support Unit Boston MA intends to issue a sole source purchase order with Reality Mobile LLC for software licenses to be used on Web Mesh Innovation Effort. Reality Mobile holds patent US 7,979,730 these licenses. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satidfy agency requirements. The purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, responses received within 3 days after the date of the publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
