- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office - Fort Lee, intends to award, on a sole source basis, in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to ArcSight, Inc., 5 Results Way, Cupertino, CA 95014-4592 for ArcSight Logger Maintenance Agreement, NAICS Code 5112101, Software Publishers, Size Standard $25M, SIC Code 3577 Computer and Peripheral Equipment NEC. This is not a request for competitive quotes. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you know your firm possesses the ability to provide this service, you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet the requirement. If no affirmative written response is received, this requirement will be awarded without further notice.
