- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled SATELLITE SERVICES andAAI070900-11-008 which was posted on 7/29/2011. You are notified that the followingchanges are made: Arcata associates, Inc, intends to negotiate as an emergency on a sole source basis forthe National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Airborne Science Mission Directorate,Global Hawk Project office 4.3 MHz of Ku satellite bandwidth for a period of three months(Aug. 15 Nov 15 2011) and 5.7MHz of Ku satellite bandwidth for a period of onemonth(Oct. 1- Oct. 30 2011) on Satellite GE-23 - 172.0E from GE- Satellite services. The due date for responses is not extended.Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy ofthe solicitation and amendments (if any).
