- Description
- The Government intends to solicit a competitive one (1) yr basic and two (2) twelve month options for services to provide and document inspections for Chromium Electropalting National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and Preventative and Remedial maintenance Support Services for the Plating Facility's Environmental Control Systems. The contractor shall provide all labor,materials, tools, parts, equipment including personal safety equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide these Services. Required services shall be provided in accordance with the Plating Shop Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plan (located in the Plating Shop), NESHAP 40 CFR 63. IN BLOCK 10 OF SOLICITATION IT SHOULD READ "RESTRICTED" AS THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET- ASIDE. TAFB CLAUSE 100-2 (PRICING INFORMATION) IS DELETED FROM THIS SOLICITATION IN ITS ENTIRETY. ALSO NEW RESPONSE DEADLINE IS EXTENDED TO 3 PM (1500 HOURS) 22 JULY 2011. ALL OTHER TERMS REMAIN UNCHANGED. THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES ARE HEREBY ADDED TO THIS SOLICITATION: 52.203-6, 52.212-3,52.223-18, 52.225-13 AND 52.225-25. AMENDMENT Q&A. QUESTION WAS ASKED ABOUT OVER&ABOVE CLIN STRUCTURE. IS CLIN 0003 EVALUATED IN THE OVERALL PRICE SINCE THIS APPEARS TO BE COST REIMBURSEMENT? ANSWER: CLIN 0003 RESTRUCTURED AS FOLLOWS: FROM: FFP TO: COST REIMBURSEMENT. CLIN 0003 WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE OF CONTRACT. THE TOTAL PRICE OF CONTRACT IS EVALUATED FOR AWARD. SOLICITATION IS HEREBY RE-OPENED AND CLOSES MONDAY 8 AUGUST AT 1600 HOURS (4 PM).
